Michèle & Pascal
Michèle and Pascal have been a part of the Huntsville community for more than 15 years. Michèle has a passion for French cuisine and in particular French pastries. She had been working for Madison City School District as a substitute teacher for many years. Pascal loves the automobile industry and has worked in this field for most of his career. He is passionate about tennis and French food.

Le Macaron French Pastries is a franchise that was founded by Rosalie Guillem and her daughter, Audrey Guillem-Saba, in 2009. Since then, the franchise has grown and can be found in many states within the US bringing you authentic French desserts and macarons.
